Leaky Sink Drain Pipe.

When you wake up in the morning the first thig that you do is head to bathroom. Sink is the first stop, but what if your sink isn’t functional? In order to fix this you will only need to replace the drain pipe or adjust it if it’s out of place. Head to the nearest plumbing store and buy a couple of pipes, fittings, shut-off valves and supply lines. Depending on the type of your sink and the distance between the main water supply pipe and sink access hole you might need less or more from the list we mentioned. Place a bucket beneath the sink and pull the drain pipe, inspect it and if its undamaged insert it back if not replace it.

Toilet Leaking?

If your toilet is leaking constantly you might want to check the toilet tank. There are couple of components that might be out of place or even broken. To find out which part is out of place open the top lid on the tank and check the following parts: flush valves, flappers, tank levers, gaskets, seals and wax ring. If finding out which part isn’t functioning properly, you can always get the whole package. Look for a Toilet Fill Valve and Flapper Repair Kit. They are easy to install as you can follow the manual that comes with the purchase.
